Price improvementAlways take the best number. For every selection in TOUR Championship, this board shows how much more the top-paying book pays than the field median across the sportsbooks we track. No model, no projection — the same wager, at a bigger price.Shopping shrinks the vig; it does not by itself beat the market. Golf outright prices carry a large overround — measured across this field it runs roughly +21% on Winner, +17% on Top 5, +14% on Top 10 and +11% on Top 20 — so taking the best of those prices still usually leaves a negative-EV bet, just a much less negative one. We publish both numbers and we do not round the second one away."pp cheaper" = implied-probability points the best price shaves off the median. "Price improv. vs median" = extra expected return per $1 from taking the best number instead of the median one. "EV at best" = the actual expected value of the bet at that best price, after de-vigging the whole field (Σ of every runner's implied probability normalised to the outcomes the market pays: 1 Winner, 5 for a Top 5, and so on). Markets where a live runner has no usable price cannot be de-vigged honestly and show "—" instead of an EV. The DataGolf model column is excluded from the price pool; stale / mismatched quotes are filtered out.
